目前计算凸轮廓线曲率半径大多是先列出廓线的参数方程式,求出其一阶与二阶导数之后再套用数学中曲率半径的计算公式。本文将盘状凸轮分成二种基本形式,高副低化后进行运动分析,得出二个较为简单的计算公式,用来计算所有的盘状凸轮廓线的曲率半径。避免了繁复的数学推导,方法简单,概念清晰。
At present, the calculation of the radius of curvature of the cam profile mostly lists the parametric equation of the profile first, and then calculates the formula of the radius of curvature after applying the first and second derivatives. In this paper, the discoid cam is divided into two basic forms, and the motion analysis of the discoid cam is carried out. Two simple calculation formulas are obtained to calculate the radius of curvature of all discoid cam profiles. Avoid complicated mathematical derivation, the method is simple, the concept is clear.
