目的检测慢性牙周炎患者牙周治疗前后龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40的表达水平,探讨抵抗素和YKL-40在牙周炎发生发展过程中的作用。方法收集身体质量指数正常的慢性牙周炎患者32例,运用酶联免疫法测定牙周治疗前后龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40含量。结果基础治疗后抵抗素和YKL-40含量显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后PD、BI、AL的变化与YKL-40浓度变化相关(P<0.05),抵抗素浓度与治疗前PD、BI、AL的变化以及治疗后AL的变化相关(P<0.05)。结论龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40含量与牙周炎的发生发展关系密切,牙周基础治疗对龈沟液中抵抗素和YKL-40表达水平有明显影响。
Objective To detect the expression of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid before and after periodontal treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis and to explore the role of resistin and YKL-40 in the development of periodontitis. Methods 32 cases of chronic periodontitis with normal body mass index were collected. The levels of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid before and after periodontal treatment were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results After treatment, the content of resistin and YKL-40 decreased significantly, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The changes of PD, BI and AL before and after treatment were correlated with the concentrations of YKL-40 (P <0.05). The concentrations of resistin were correlated with the changes of PD, BI and AL before treatment and AL after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion The content of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid is closely related to the occurrence and development of periodontitis. Periodontal basic treatment has a significant effect on the expression of resistin and YKL-40 in gingival crevicular fluid.
