(1)本文提出了高爐配件(如风口,冷却水箱等)所用某些铜合金中Cu.Sn.Pb.Zn.Ni.的测定方法。 (2)该合金中少量Zn和Ni的测定,以使用极谱法为宜。 (3)为了降低极谱设备的费用,作者证明可以采用价格仅及极谱仅三分之一的国产设备装配的视式极谱装置来进行Zn和Ni的测定。 (4)为了降低试藥费用,作者根据条件试验证明:可以用NH_3~(NH_4)_2SO_4代替NH_3~NH_4Cl作为支持电解质。 (5)采用上述兩項措施后,不但节約,而且較用极譜仪和NH_3~NH_4Cl支持电解質为快速。作者并根据测得数据,断定本法有滿意的再現性。同时証明:基底液中各种物質的濃度,可以在相当大的范围內改变,而不致影响测定結果。故本法可試用于鋼鉄厂的日常分析工作。 (6)极譜基底液成份是1N NH_4OH,0.03%琼脂和1.2克(NH_4)_2SO_4/50ml.4毫升飽和Na_2SO_3溶液/50毫升。但实际操作中极譜基底液的成分无須十分准确,各种成分的濃度,只要在本文所述的范圍內即可。 (7)作者以为太原鋼鉄厂原来使用的操作規程中,测定該銅合金中Cu.Pb.Sn的方法有其优点,并在电解介質的成分方面,作了些补充試驗,使操作条件更为明确。
(1) This paper presents a method for the determination of Cu.Sn.Pb.Zn.Ni. in some copper alloys used in blast furnace parts (such as tuyere, cooling water tank, etc.). Based on the measured data, the author concludes that there is satisfactory reproducibility in this Law. At the same time, it is proved that the concentration of various substances in the basal fluid can be changed within a considerable range without affecting the determination result. Therefore, this law can be used in the daily analysis of steel mills. (6) The polarographic base fluid composition was 1N NH 4 OH, 0.03% agar and 1.2 g (NH 4) 2 SO 4/50 ml of 4 ml saturated Na 2 SO 3 solution / 50 ml.
