2013中国锦州世界园林博览会是一次对世博会举办模式的创新,将城市与海相结合,同时也是带动锦州整体经济以及城市形象的契机。这次博览会是世界给锦州的一次千载难逢的机遇,但是博览会之后园区的后续发展成为即将面对的难题。本文从锦州世博园的实际出发,在综合分析锦州世界园林博览园的优势条件和存在问题基础之上,提出了促进世博园后续发展的4项对策:(1)采取多元化的发展战略;(2)进行管理体制的改革和完善;(3)资源整合,降低运营成本;(4)采取多样化的营销模式,注重世园会后期的宣传。
2013 China Jinzhou World Garden Expo is an innovation on the mode of hosting the Expo, which combines the city with the sea and is also an opportunity to bring along the overall economic and urban image of Jinzhou. This fair is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the world to give Jinzhou a chance to meet, but the follow-up development of the park after the fair has become a problem to be faced soon. Based on the actual situation of Jinzhou Expo Park and based on a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and problems of Jinzhou World Expo Garden Park, this paper proposes four measures to promote the follow-up development of Expo Garden: (1) to adopt a diversified development strategy; 2) reform and improve the management system; (3) integrate resources to reduce operating costs; (4) adopt a diversified marketing model and pay attention to the publicity in the latter part of the Horticultural Exposition.
