马蔺子甲素(irisquinone)是从马蔺(Iris lactea pall.var.chinensis(Fisch)Koidz)的种皮中提取的一种醌类化合物。实验证明对抗多种小鼠肿瘤有效,经临床试用对肺癌、胃癌、白血病等有一定疗效。为评价其对人的安全性,我们做了微核及显性致死试验。
Irisquinone is a quinone compound extracted from the seed coat of Iris lactea pall. Var. Chinensis (Fisch) Koidz. Experiments show that a variety of mouse tumors against effective, clinical trials of lung cancer, gastric cancer, leukemia have a certain effect. To evaluate its safety against human beings, we conducted micronuclei and dominant lethality tests.
