目的:探寻提高高等医学院校二级学院教学质量的路径。方法选取潍坊医学院490名学生为研究对象,对其进行教学质量及其影响因素的问卷调查。结果不同学习状态、学习成绩和院系的学生对教学质量评价存在差异(P <0.01);多元回归结果显示,师资情况、领导重视情况、课堂教学情况对二级学院教学质量的影响较大(P <0.01)。结论针对学生的学习需求开展教学活动,激发学生的学习主动性,完善教学管理制度及增强执行力,是提高二级学院教学质量的关键路径所在。“,”Objective Find the path to improve the teaching quality of secondary schools in med-ical institutions.Methods 490 students in Weifang Medical University were investigated with a question-naire about the teaching quality and influencing factors.Results Different learning status,different learning achievement and different secondary schools produce different evaluation results of the teaching quality(P <0.01 );multiple regression shows that teachers,the degree of leader’s attention and the classroom teaching situation have a larger influence on the teaching evaluation results(P <0.01).Con-clusions All of these,including carrying out the targeted teaching activities,stimulating the learning in-terest,improving the teaching management system and enhancing the execution,are the important steps to improve the teaching quality of secondary schools.
