摘 要 目的:研究不同供能方式对老年糖尿病合并慢性胰腺炎进行肠外营养支持的效果。方法:将连续入住本院的29例老年糖尿病合并慢性胰腺炎患者按区组随机分为全糖组(A组)和精脂组(B组)给予肠外营养支持,并分别监测电解质、血糖、血淀粉酶、肝肾功能、血脂以及各项营养指标。结果:A组甘油三酯呈下降趋势,出现1例心衰并发症;B组a前白蛋白显著升高,无明显并发症产生。结论:使用脂肪乳剂,对老年糖尿病合并慢性胰腺炎患者进行肠外营养支持是安全、高效的,能迅速改善患者营养状况并减少心衰等并发症的产生。
Abstract Objective: To study the effect of different energy supply modes on parenteral nutrition in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 29 elderly diabetic patients with chronic pancreatitis who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into whole-sugar group (group A) and fat group (group B) for parenteral nutrition support. The electrolytes and blood glucose , Blood amylase, liver and kidney function, blood lipids and various nutritional indicators. Results: A group of triglycerides showed a downward trend, a case of heart failure complications; B group a pre albumin was significantly increased, no significant complications. Conclusion: The use of fat emulsion for parenteral nutrition in senile patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic pancreatitis is safe and effective. It can rapidly improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the complications such as heart failure.
