目的:探讨15-脂氧酶(15-LO)在子痫前期的病理生理过程中的作用。方法:采用蛋白印迹法检测15-LO的两种同工酶15-LO1和15-LO2在12名正常妊娠和16名子痫前期的孕妇胎盘和脐动脉组织中的表达。结果:在子痫前期的孕妇胎盘和脐动脉组织中,15-LO1蛋白质表达明显高于其在正常妊娠中的表达(P<0.01);而15-LO2在正常妊娠组不表达,其在子痫前期的孕妇胎盘和脐动脉组织中的表达显著高于其在正常妊娠中的表达(P<0.01)。结论:15-LO在子痫前期的孕妇胎盘和脐动脉组织中高表达,可能与子痫前期的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role of 15-lipoxygenase (15-LO) in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia. Methods: Western blotting was used to detect the expression of 15-LO1 and 15-LO2 15-LO in placenta and umbilical artery of 12 normal pregnant women and 16 pregnant women with preeclampsia. Results: The expression of 15-LO1 protein in placenta and umbilical artery of pregnant women with preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy (P <0.01), while 15-LO2 was not expressed in normal pregnancy group The expression of placenta and umbilical artery in pregnant women with preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy (P <0.01). Conclusion: The high expression of 15-LO in placenta and umbilical artery of pregnant women with preeclampsia may be closely related to the development of preeclampsia.
