辊锻机工作时,由于很多原因,例如当锻件的变形量太大,温度太低,送料不正确,夹钳或冷铁被咬入两锻辊之间以及其它不符合操作规程的意外现象等都可能造成辊锻机超负荷。超负荷的结果,可以使机器某些零件破坏,严重时会造成锻辊断裂,机架破坏等重大事故。这不仅影响生产,给国家财产造成损失,而且易发生人身事故。如旋转着的零件破坏后飞出伤人,这是不允许的。为防止事故发生,辊锻机一般都设有安全保险装置。 D44-560辊锻机设计考虑了两种保险机构。一个是限制锻辊力矩的超力矩保险装置;另一个是限制锻辊两端作用到铜瓦上的力的超压力保险装置。
