本文从分析高校基层共青团组织在满足青年需求、工作模式、育人能力、工作力量四个方面面临的突出矛盾入手,认为当前应进行高校学生工作机制的战略调整,在“服务”和“指导”上做文章,切实推进一线共青团工作的创新发展;探索领导型、创新型人才培养与共青团工作的结合点;深入思考多元组织格局下的善治模式,延伸一线共青团的工作手臂;探索凝聚青年参与的新机制,将特色活动与点滴教育相结合,打造工作品牌,夯实一线共青团的工作基础。
Based on the analysis of prominent contradictions faced by the Communist Youth League organizations at the grassroots level in colleges and universities in meeting the needs of young people, working models, educating people and working forces, this paper argues that the strategic adjustment of the working mechanism for college students should be carried out in the current “service” and “ ”Guide" to make a fuss about the innovation and development of frontline CYL work; to explore the combination of leadership and innovative personnel training with the work of the CYL; to think deeply about the mode of good governance under the multi-organizational structure and to extend the work arm of the CYL frontline; to explore Unite the new mechanisms of youth participation, combine distinctive activities with education, create a working brand, and lay a solid foundation for the work of first-generation CYL.
