对北京某石油化工厂的4 个不同工作岗位的女工进行苯的内暴露评价研究,取尿中粘康酸(ttMA) 作为苯的生物学监测指标。结果表明:在低浓度苯接触的情况下,4 个岗位中有3 个岗位的女工尿中ttMA 含量明显高于对照组(P<005) ,其中,仪电组女工尿中ttMA 含量明显高于其余3 个岗位(P< 005) ,且尿中ttMA 含量随车间空气中苯的浓度升高而升高,有一定相关关系
The female workers in 4 different jobs in a petrochemical plant in Beijing were evaluated for their exposure to benzene. Tocopherol (ttMA) in urine was taken as the biological monitoring indicator of benzene. The results showed that: in the case of low concentrations of benzene exposure, the three positions in the four positions of female ttMA content in urine was significantly higher than the control group (P <0 05), in which, MA content was significantly higher than the remaining three positions (P <0 05), and urinary tt MA content increased with benzene concentration in the air workshop, there is a certain correlation
