1 故障分析ZLM-30轮式装载机采用平行轴常啮合液压换档变速,Ⅱ、Ⅲ档与前进、倒退档离合器结构基本相似。由于配油机构装配位置及其工作环境的差异,使用时容易出现挂档不行走的故障,特别是维修后故障较为频繁。配油机构采用塑性开口封油环(图1a),靠环的内径表面承受油压使环外径表面紧贴端盖套的内径表面而产生封油作用(图1b)。环内径表面与环槽底部之间的空隙形成一个近似封闭的油腔,液压油通过环开口间隙和侧隙进入腔内,工作时油腔外泄主要是搭接开口A、B间隙造成。

The inner diameter surface of the annular groove and the gap between the bottom of the annular groove to form an approximately closed oil chamber, hydraulic oil through the ring opening gap and backlash into the cavity, oil leakage during work is mainly overlap lap A, B gap caused.
