锦州市凌河区下辖11个街道,41个联委,238个居委会,总人口34.4万人。近两年来,随着企业改革的深化和经济结构的调整,下岗职工党员逐渐增多。我们从维护社会稳定的大局出发,以街道党组织为依托,以实施再就业工程为载体,以落实“两有”(下岗有家,就业有路),抓好“两带”(带头再就业、带领再就业)为重点,积极探索加强下岗职工党员管理教育的新途径,取得了可喜的成果。 充分发挥街道党组织作用,努力搞好下岗职工党员的管理教育
