目的 :研究补肾益冲丸对卵巢早衰大鼠动物的干预作用。方法 :建立卵巢早衰大鼠动物模型,在上述模型基础上,相应给药,监测空白对照组、中药组、倍美力组、造模对照组大鼠的情况及检测血清激素[促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]、抗卵巢抗体水平。结果 :造模第10天开始,中药组、倍美力组、造模对照组3组大鼠均不同程度出现容易激惹、大便干结,毛无光泽,体毛蓬松,脱毛的症状,动情周期紊乱等,有的阴道涂片仅有动情间期的白细胞。灌胃后30天,中药组、倍美力组FSH、LH降低,E2升高,与空白对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。灌胃后30天,中药组血清抗卵巢抗体下降,与空白对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾益冲丸对卵巢早衰模型大鼠的FSH、LH、E2有改善作用,亦可调节免疫功能,改善机体免疫状态,恢复卵巢功能,而达到治疗卵巢早衰的功效。
Objective: To study the intervention effect of Bushen Yizhong Pills on rats with premature ovarian failure. Methods: The animal model of premature ovarian failure in rats was established. On the basis of the above models, the rats were administered with the corresponding drugs, and the levels of serum hormone [folFogens (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2)], anti-ovarian antibody levels. Results: From the 10th day after model establishment, the rats in the traditional Chinese medicine group, the Beomei group and the model control group all showed symptoms of easy irritation, stool dryness, dullness, fluffy hair and hair removal, and disordered estrous cycle And so on, some vaginal smears only white blood cells during estrus. At 30 days after gavage, the FSH, LH and E2 in the Chinese medicine group and the Beimei group were significantly lower than those in the blank control group (P> 0.05). 30 days after gavage, serum anti-ovarian antibodies in Chinese medicine group decreased compared with the blank control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Yicong Pills can improve the FSH, LH and E2 of premature ovarian failure model rats. It can also regulate immune function, improve immune status and restore ovarian function, and achieve the effect of treating premature ovarian failure.
