观察2011年10月至2014年6月在我院接受糖尿病肾病临床蛋白尿治疗的患者中使用贝那普利联合雷公藤多甙治疗12周后,患者24小时尿蛋白、血压、BUN、Cr、C反应蛋白及血脂的变化情况。结果:经过治疗后,患者尿蛋白、血脂、肌酐明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利联合雷公藤多甙治疗可有效减少尿蛋白、延缓肾功能进展,从而防止糖尿病肾病的发展。
After 12 weeks of treatment with benazepril combined with tripterygium glycosides in patients with clinical proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy from October 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital, 24-hour urine protein, blood pressure, BUN, Cr, C-reactive protein and lipid changes. Results: After treatment, the urinary protein, serum lipids and creatinine were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of benazepril and tripterygium glycosides can effectively reduce urinary protein and delay the progression of renal function, thus preventing the development of diabetic nephropathy.
