哮喘在现有免疫学教科书中,依其接触各种过敏原后,短时间内气道发生轻重不等的气流梗阻而定义,故仍列入速发型变态反应。近年发现,很多病人还可发生哮喘的迟发反应。本文就哮喘迟发反应机理及其临床表现与防治进行了综述。
In existing immunology textbooks, asthma is defined as an immediate airflow-type obstruction following exposure to various allergens and for a short period of time with varying degrees of airway obstruction and is therefore still included in immediate-onset allergies. In recent years, many patients also found that asthma may occur delayed response. This article reviews the mechanism of asthma delayed response and its clinical manifestations and prevention.
