目前施工企业成本管理状况令人担忧,很大程度上是由于项目管理者对项目成本核算没有明确的概念,对它在项目成本控制中的重要性及其作用认识不够。鉴于此,本文结合施工项目的实际情况,针对目前成本管理存在问题以及解决方法提出初步探讨。一、目前我国施工企业项目成本管理的现状目前,由于建筑市场尚不规范,工程招、投标管理没有完全法制化、规范化,不正当的竞争依然存在。
