病例高××女9岁住院号852561 主诉:左眼球突出,眼痛,失明一年余。一年前患儿发生头痛,眼痛,不久家属发现视力丧失。在当地几个医院就医,诊断为左眼球炎症、青光眼合并前房出血等。多次行前房穿刺,术后疼痛稍减轻。3个月后眼球又发生疼痛,突出,曾用过止血药物,抗菌素及强的松等类药物,效果均不佳。患儿十分痛苦故来我院求治。患儿是第一胎足月顺产。家族中否认有恶性肿瘤病人。检查:T37℃,P80,发育正常,营养佳,神志清,表情痛苦,表浅淋巴结不肿大,心肺腹平软,肝脾未触及。脊柱,四肢无
