80年代以来,我国的果品冷库有了迅速发展。据统计,到1986年为止,全国已投产的果品专用冷库146座,贮藏量达到80万吨以上。其中,我省1986年底以前已投产使用的达48座,贮藏量达到12万吨以上,怎样充分利用和发挥这些贮藏设施的效益,是一个不可忽视的问题。根据我公司6年来利用果品专用冷风库贮藏果品的情况,谈谈库房管理及贮藏工艺等方面的体会,供作实际工作中参考。
Since the 1980s, the rapid development of fruit cold storage in our country has been rapid. According to statistics, up to 1986, there have been 146 cold stores dedicated to fruit production in the country, with a storage capacity of over 800,000 tons. Among them, 48 have been put into operation before the end of 1986 in our province and the storage capacity has reached more than 120,000 tons.
