浮筒液位变送器由于其结构简单、工作可靠、维修方便,既可测导电介质的液位,也可测非导电介质的液位,因此在化工、石油等工业方面得到了广泛的应用。但基于浮筒液位变送器的工作原理,要求被测介质的密度在整个工艺流程中保持不变,否则将给仪表带来误差。为此,我们在UTD—22型浮筒液位变送器的基础上加了一套密度补偿装置,解决了被测介质因密度变化而而引起的仪表误差问题。经有关单位使用,效果较好。
Float level transmitter due to its simple structure, reliable, easy maintenance, can measure the level of the conductive medium can also measure the level of non-conductive media, and therefore in the chemical industry, petroleum and other industries has been widely used. However, based on the working principle of the float level transmitter, the density of the measured medium is required to be constant throughout the entire process, otherwise the error will be brought to the meter. To this end, we added a set of density compensation device on the basis of UTD-22 floater level transmitter to solve the problem of instrument error due to the density change of the measured medium. After the use of the relevant units, the effect is better.
