近年来,双T板建筑在陆续试点。过去大都选用取材较难的高强钢材做双T板的预应力主筋,而冷拔低碳钢绞线虽已见用于其他中、小构件,但未见用于双T板建筑。1978年以来,我市在实施双T板建筑试点工程中,为立足于容易取材的普通钢材,以有利于推广应用,对采用冷拔低碳钢绞线做双T板的预应力主筋进行了试验,并用于试点工程。从构件简易的工厂化生产到运输、吊装、装修等工序已初步形成每年可完成一万m~2左右的建造能力。79年
