用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液与特异性脱敏联合治疗１２８例支气管哮喘，观察其临床疗效及对免疫球蛋白的影响。结果显示：联合治疗组总有效率为９６．９％，明显高于８５例单用脱敏治疗组的７６．５％，差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），对混合性、内源性哮喘的疗效明显优于外源性哮喘（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗前ＩｇＧ显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ略高于健康人。脱敏治疗后，ＩｇＧ有所下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。联合治疗后则ＩｇＧ显著下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）。ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ治疗前后变化不明显。
128 cases of bronchial asthma were treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection and specific desensitization, and the clinical efficacy and immunoglobulins were observed. The results showed that the total effective rate was 96.9% in the combined treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in the 85 single-desensitization treatment group (76.5%), the difference was highly significant (P <0.01) The efficacy of asthma is obviously better than exogenous asthma (P <0.01). IgG before treatment was significantly increased (P <0.01), IgA, IgM slightly higher than healthy people. After desensitization treatment, IgG decreased (P <0.05). IgG decreased significantly after combination therapy (P <0.001). IgA, IgM changes before and after treatment was not obvious.
