目的评价老年患者单牙缺失种植后即刻修复的临床效果。方法2003-03-2007-12为22例60岁以上老年患者植入种植体,即刻取模,术后3 d戴入临时冠,3~6个月后改为烤瓷冠永久修复,经过1~3 a的追踪,进行X线片,临床观察种植体周骨结合情况及边缘骨吸收情况。结果22颗种植体均已完成骨整合,种植体无脱落、无感染。患者对修复效果满意。结论严格掌握老年患者的种植适应证,规范手术操作,单牙种植即刻修复可获得满意的临床效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of immediate repair after single tooth loss in elderly patients. Methods From March 2003 to July 2007, 22 cases of elderly patients over 60 years old were implanted with implants. The implants were implanted into the temporary crowns 3 days after operation. After 3 to 6 months, the implants were permanently restored with porcelain crowns. After 1 ~ 3 a follow-up, X-ray films, clinical observation of peri-implant bone graft and edge bone resorption. Results All the 22 implants had completed the osseointegration. The implants had no shedding and no infection. Patient satisfaction with the repair. Conclusion Strictly grasping the indications of planting in elderly patients, standardizing the operation and repairing the dental implants can obtain satisfactory clinical results.
