在本试验中,施用氮肥抑制了结瘤大豆的固氮活性。随着施氮肥的增加,大豆以固 N_2得到的氮的百分率降低,而且籽粒产量也随着施肥量的增加而降低。不结瘤大豆则相反,籽粒产量随着施氮肥量的增加而增加。施氮肥对土壤的 A_N 值有影响,但是在一定施肥量范围内,不妨碍用 A_N 值法估计结瘤作物的固 N_2百分率和固N_2量,而且比总 N 差值法所得数据更为合理可靠。
In this experiment, application of nitrogen fertilizer inhibited the nitrogen fixation activity of nodulated soybean. With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, the percentage of nitrogen in solid soybean reduced, and the grain yield also decreased with the increase of fertilizer amount. On the contrary, non-nodulated soybean increased grain yield with increasing amount of nitrogen fertilizer. Nitrogen fertilizer had an effect on A_N of soil, but within a certain range of fertilization amount, it did not prevent using N_N method to estimate the percentage of N_2 and N_2 of nodulated crops, and was more reasonable and reliable than the total N difference method .
