高等职业院校学生人文素养的缺失状况令人堪忧。表现在人文意识、人文精神和人文行为方面的欠缺与不足。学生人文素养的重构成为高等职业教育改革的重要方向。重构思路和举措:改革传统教学理念,重塑人文素养教育模式;创造人文气息浓厚的校园环境;建立人文素养考核机制,多树立高素质“典型”。加强学生人文素养培育,提高综合素质,使其成为有用之材。
The lack of humane quality of students in higher vocational colleges is worrying. Performance in the humanities awareness, humanistic spirit and human behavior deficiencies and deficiencies.
