目的:研究圆锥石头花根中的化学成分。方法:用 75%乙醇回流提取,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇依次萃取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-C18柱色谱法和制备液相色谱等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从圆锥石头花根中分离得到8个多糖三萜皂苷。结论:化合物1~8首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition in the cone stone flower root. Methods: The extract was refluxed with 75% ethanol. Ethyl acetate and n-butanol were extracted successively. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, Rp-C18 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Structure. Results: Eight polysaccharide triterpene saponins were isolated from the cone stone flower root. Conclusion: Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
