用积累的概念来统一考虑过程系统中的原材料、能量、产品、设备以及废弃物等各种因素,分析了不同生产因素的积累基本概念,建立了积累优化的基本理论和相关的数学模型,以寻求自然资源消耗的客观规律.以某一工艺过程换热器为例,进行了积累消耗的优化设计,获得了换热过程的最佳设计参数———对数平均换热温差.与热经济学优化结果的比较表明,基于积累优化理论的工程设计与工程科学技术水平相关,与生产运行的时期、地点关系不大.
