本水模试验通过四因素三水平的正交设计法进行了27次试验,经方差分析法分析了各因素、水平对平均停留时间的影响。试验表明M公司二钢厂设计的Ⅱ号导引孔可在生产实践中应用。对双流水平连铸中间包吹氩也作了初步的探讨。
The water mode test was carried out 27 times by four factors and three levels of orthogonal design method. The variance analysis was used to analyze the influence of various factors and levels on the average residence time. Tests show that M company II steel mills designed No. II guide hole can be used in production practice. The double-flow horizontal continuous casting tundish argon also made a preliminary discussion.
