前言这个总结在去年十一月二十七日就整理出来,因十一月廿六日江西日报发表了放手发动群众的社论,以致迟迟未发。目前全省第一期土改运动已转到深入阶段,这个总结所提出的方针政策及工作步骤等一般原则仍然适用,故决定发表,望各地根据最近中南局与省委指示的精神参照执行。但在总结中,在反对倾向方面,当时主要着重批判和平土改的右倾思想,目前在第一期土改运动中,已在局部地区又发生了单纯经济斗争,追浮财、挖底产、提高阶段成份,以至发展到乱捉、乱吊、乱打的严重「左」的偏向,因此今后在继续放手发动群众,深入土改斗争中,一方面要坚
Preface This summary was compiled on November 27 last year as a result of the deadly delay in the editorial released on November 26 by the Jiangxi Daily about letting go and mobilize the masses. At present, the first phase of the land reform movement in the province has been carried out to an in-depth stage. The general principles such as the guidelines, policies and working procedures proposed in this summary are still applicable. Therefore, it is decided to publish and hope that all localities will follow the spirit of the recent instructions from Central South Bureau and the provincial Party committee. However, in the summary, in the aspect of opposing the tendency, the rightist thought that mainly focused on criticizing the peaceful land reform at the time was now in the first phase of the land reform movement.
