以某600MW空冷机组为例,在不影响锅炉、汽轮机安全运行的前提下,借助性能试验测试手段,结合局部能耗分析法寻求机组经济、安全和实用的定滑压运行曲线,并通过理论分析得出在负荷管理中滑压运行时主蒸汽压力变化值和排汽压力变化值的线性关系;以排汽压力为变量设置主蒸汽压力偏置来改善定滑压运行曲线,并对机组的优化试验结果进行了验证.结果表明:该优化方案对机组安全运行和节能降耗有显著的效果.
Taking a 600 MW air-cooled unit as an example, this paper, with the help of the performance test and test method, combined with the local energy consumption analysis method, seeks the economic, safe and practical set-slip operating curve of the unit without affecting the safe operation of boilers and steam turbines.
