目的:分析徐汇区孕产妇系统保健服务状况,为提高徐汇区孕产期保健服务水平提供依据。方法:对2007～2011年徐汇区孕产妇系统保健工作报表进行回顾性分析。结果:2010年起徐汇区早孕建册率和系统保健管理率逐步提高,且流动人口孕产妇提高显著。结论:孕早期保健是影响徐汇区孕产妇系统管理的主要环节,通过开展孕情监测工作,有助于孕妇尽早进入孕产期保健网络,尤其对提高流动人口孕产妇早孕建册率、系统管理率有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the status of maternal health care service in Xuhui district and provide basis for raising the level of maternal health care service in Xuhui district. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the maternal health reports from 2007 to 2011 in Xuhui District. Results: Since 2010, the rate of early pregnancy collection and system health management in Xuhui District has gradually increased, and the number of pregnant women in floating population has risen significantly. Conclusion: Early pregnancy health care is the main link that affects the system management of pregnant women in Xuhui District. Pregnancy monitoring can help pregnant women to enter the maternal health care network as soon as possible, especially for improving pregnant women’s early pregnancy rate, Rate is important.
