广西合山电厂~#4炉系300吨/时煤粉炉。锅炉的燃煤为发热量 Q_H~P=2985大卡/公斤的劣质烟煤,耗煤量 B=59.4吨/时,配 DZM380/550型钢球磨煤机二台,每台磨计算出力40吨/时.由于厂房布置需要,根据河南商丘电厂长距离电磁振动给煤机设计及运行的经验,采用了大容量长距离振动给煤机(见附图)。这套设备,除振动器购自沈阳电力修造厂外,均为广西设计、制造。在党的领导下,通过电厂、安装单位工人师傅的共同努力,这套给煤机于1976年2月13日正式投产运行,达到设计出力,满足了运行的需要。一、长距离电磁振动给煤机的主要性能
