(經省府第二○三次行政會議通過) 一、檔案會議情况為了改進與提高本省各級政府機關的檔案管理工作,省府辦公廳於四月一日召開了全省檔案工作會議,歷時九天。出席人員共計七十六人(計有省府直屬機關三十七人,專署六八,市縣二十六人,其他一人,列席六人),其中專職檔案工作人員四十二人,兼職二十六人,代替出席二人。會議聽取了黄祕書長關於總路線的報告,彭副祕書長關於檔案工作會議的總結報告,辦公廳金副主任關於檔案工作的重要性和此次會議的目的及要求的報告,辦公廳關於四年來檔案工作的總結與今後意見的報告,同時聽了七個單位出席人員關於經驗介紹的發言,並參觀了四個單位的檔案工作。認真的討論興修正通過了辦公廳草擬的‘江西省人民政府檔案管理試行辦法’(草案)。這次會議收穫是很大的,通過各種報告和經驗交流,興會人員進一步明確了檔案工作的重要性,提高了對檔案工作的思想認識,同時把會議文
