为评估煤矿的安全管理行为水平,依据行为安全理论,分析组织行为及个体行为的影响因素,建立煤矿安全管理行为评估方法。构建煤矿安全管理组织行为评估指标体系,用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)确定其指标权重;设计矿工个体不安全行为评估量表,并通过项目分析和因子分析的方法筛选量表题项,得到包括个体内在因素、组织内部因素和外部环境因素3个分量表的正式量表。结果表明:煤矿组织行为评估指标中安全责任落实、安全文化建设、安全法规遵守和安全资金投入的权重较大;所设计矿工个体行为评估量表有较好的信度和效度。
In order to assess the level of safety management practices in coal mines, the assessment methods of coal mine safety management behaviors are established based on behavioral safety theory, analysis of organizational behavior and influencing factors of individual behavior. Construct the index system of behavior assessment of coal mine safety management organization, and determine its indicator weight by improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP); design the miners’ unsafe behavior assessment scale and screen the items of scale by project analysis and factor analysis, Including the individual internal factors, organizational factors and external environmental factors three subscale. The results show that: the weight of safety responsibility implementation, safety culture construction, safety compliance and safety capital investment in coal mine organization behavior assessment index is relatively heavy; the designed Miner Individual Behavior Evaluation Scale has good reliability and validity.
