环筋中的应力振动挤压管在生产过程中,用由压力表控制的表压力P_M来张拉环筋、克服弹簧螺栓的变形和橡胶套的张力P_p。根据试验资料,表压力波动范围为0.2~0.4公斤/厘米~2。因为环筋沿圆周直径分布,所以环筋受到的压力为: P_a=P_M·(D_Y)/(D_a)-P_P (1)式中D_Y-管内径;D_a-环筋的圆周直径。在有效压力作用下,一圈环筋的绝对伸长值为: Δ_a=(P_a·2π·r_a~2)/(E_a·f_a/S) (2) Δ_a也可由下列条件算出:钢筋的刚度
