目的:观察散刺联合中药热封包对原发性面肌痉挛的临床疗效,探讨相关护理.方法:选取84例原发性面肌痉挛患者为受试对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组.两组均予肉毒素A治疗,治疗组再予散刺联合中药热封包治疗及相关护理干预.比较两组临床症状改善情况、生存质量及护理满意度.结果:两组干预后痉挛程度、痉挛强度评分均呈下降趋势,干预后12周达峰谷;对照组痉挛程度、痉挛强度评分在干预后24周均增加,而治疗组呈平稳状态.两组痉挛程度、痉挛强度评分在干预前、干预后12周组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而治疗组在干预后4周、24周均低于同期对照组(P＜0.05).两组干预后生存质量均呈上升趋势,干预后12周达峰值;对照组生存质量在干预后24周下降,而治疗组呈平稳状态;治疗组生存质量各维度评分在干预后4周、12周、24周均高于同期对照组(P＜0.05).对照组总满意率76.2％,治疗组95.2％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:散刺联合中药热封包治疗原发性面肌痉挛,临床疗效稳定,能有效促进患者康复及提高生存质量;同时治疗中相关护理不容忽视.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of scattered needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary facial spasm.Methods:The 84 patients with primary hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group.The two groups are treated with botulinum toxin A,the study group is treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and the related nursing intervention.The improvement of clinical symptoms,quality of life and nursing satisfaction are compared between the two groups.Results:The two groups after the intervention of spasticity,spasm intensity scores decreased after the 12 week by the valley;the control group of spasticity and spasm score increased in intensity after the 24 week,while the study group showed a steady state.Before the intervention,after the 12 week,compared two groups of spasticity,spasm scores between groups (P＞0.05);after the 4 week,24 week,the study group of spasticity and spasm intensity scores were lower than the control group (P＜ 0.05).Quality increased survival of the two groups after the intervention,after the 12 week peak;the control group decreased quality of life before and after the intervention for the 24 week,while the study group is stable;the study group in each dimension of quality of life score after the 4 week,12 week and 24 week are higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate is 76.2％ in the control group,the study group is 95.2％,the difference of the two groups has no statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of primary hemifacial spasm with scattered needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot packet is stable,can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
