校企合作和产教结合是职业教育改革发展的一条重要途径,也是企业发展的内在需要,是职业教育改革、发展的方向,通过多种模式的合作办学可以实现高等职业技术学院的可持续发展。而民办高职院校在校企合作的实践环节中,往往会面临比公立高等职业技术学院更多的问题和困难,民办高等职业技术学院只有在校企合作过程中迎难而上,找到属于自己的目标和方向,不断改善自己,才能走出有自己特色的校企合作之路,才能实现产学结合的办学宗旨。
