党的十五大胜利召开后,进一步探索和试行医院股份制成为各级医院管理者密切关注的热点,现将我院实行内部股份制的情况介绍如下,与同行商榷。 一、医院股份制的具体实践 1992年初,泰安市中心医院领导更新观念,大胆探索,在充分论证医院试行股份制可行性的同时,抓住发展机遇,排除各种干扰,谋求各方面的支持,得到全院广大职工的拥护,开始试行医院职工内部股份制。
After the victory of the 15th National Party Congress, further exploration and trial implementation of hospital stocks became a hot topic for hospital administrators at all levels. Now we introduce the internal shareholding system of our hospital as follows, and consult with our peers. First, the specific practice of the hospital joint-stock system In early 1992, the leaders of the Tai’an Central Hospital renewed their ideas and explored boldly. While fully demonstrating the feasibility of the hospital’s trial implementation of the joint-stock system, they seized the opportunity for development to eliminate all kinds of interference and sought support from all sides. With the support of the staff of the hospital, the hospital’s internal shareholding system was trialed.
