目前水利发电站部分采用图像视频监控、火灾监控报警及采暖通风等辅助系统智能化、自动化管理对厂内安全进行辅助管理,但是普遍存在智能化程度不高的现状。基于物联网技术,本文提出了一种以无线网络搭配传感监控为基础,建议一个全厂或厂内部分重点安全生产区域内安全辅助安全控制与监控系统平台的设计思想。在该系统的电厂内部设置一套信息系统和集成应用服务器,应用IEC(61850)通信协议将安全辅助安全生产系统监控数据(例如视频、重要监控区域温度或适度等数据)上传远方机中央监控中心,实时在线接收中央监控中心的各项指令,实现各监控中心和现场工作人员之间的协调联动。根据智能安全管理理念需将辅助安全控制与监控系统分成10个子系统。将该设计方案适应智能水力发电厂安全辅助安全生产系统自动控制、智能调节及协调联动等需求,开拓了物联网技术在智能水力发电厂中的应用新领域。
At present, some hydropower stations adopt imagery video surveillance, fire monitoring and alarming, heating and ventilation, and other auxiliary systems to intelligently and automatically manage the auxiliary management of plant safety, but the status quo of intelligence is not widespread. Based on the Internet of Things technology, this paper proposes a design idea based on wireless network with sensor monitoring, and recommends a safety-aided safety control and monitoring system platform in the whole factory or some key safety production areas in the factory. Set up a set of information system and integrated application server in the power plant of this system, and upload safety monitoring data of safety production system (such as video, temperature or moderate monitoring area of important monitoring area) using IEC (61850) communication protocol. Remote central control center , Real-time online access to the Central Control Center of the directives to achieve the monitoring center and field staff coordination between the linkage. According to the concept of intelligent safety management, auxiliary safety control and monitoring system should be divided into 10 subsystems. The design scheme is adapted to the requirements of automatic control, intelligent adjustment and coordinated linkage of safety-assisted safety production system in intelligent hydropower plants, which opens up new application fields of IOT technology in intelligent hydroelectric power plants.
