2012年6月,全区小学语文教研能力大赛在石嘴山市大武口区举行,作为惠农区语文教研的指导者,我非常渴望语文教研通过“以赛促研”的形式引领全区语文教研在形式的突破、方向的探究、经验的发掘、创新点的选择等方面有更大的发展,更希望看到教师通过现场教研、现场评课彰显语文教师的研究能力与研讨魅力。结合本次比赛,笔者谈谈自己对语文主题教研的认识。在跟进本县区教研中我们发现,教师主题教研的水平整体比较低,突出表现为:主题教研的能力比较薄弱;教师
In June 2012, the district primary language teaching and research ability contest was held in Dawukou District, Shizuishan City.
