本文探讨柴油机采用加压冷却系统的效果,比较了加压冷却系统和非加压冷却系统在产生蒸汽穴的压方及减小柴油机气缸套的动力腐蚀方面的异同,叙述了加压冷却系统在调车内燃机车和干浅内燃机车上的运用情况,并最后认为:采用加压冷却系统可以显著地减小冷却总成的尺寸和重量,降低其噪音,有效地缓和柴油机气缸套的动力腐蚀,改善了柴油机的运用情况,并能提高其总效率。
In this paper, the effect of using pressurized cooling system for diesel engine is discussed. The similarities and differences between pressurized cooling system and non-pressurized cooling system in generating steam pressure and decreasing dynamic erosion of diesel cylinder liner are described. Shunting diesel locomotive and dry diesel locomotive. Finally, it is concluded that the use of pressurized cooling system can significantly reduce the size and weight of the cooling assembly, reduce its noise and effectively mitigate the dynamic corrosion of diesel engine cylinder liner, Improve the use of diesel engines and improve their overall efficiency.
