目的针对本中心SPF级实验大鼠易发生的脱毛现象分析其原因,以对实验大鼠的养殖管理提供更加科学的建议。方法通过观察本单位SPF实验大鼠脱毛的特点,对生长繁殖群常用大鼠饲料的灭菌效果和营养成分进行检测,结合检测结果改进饲料配方,进行治疗试验并观察效果。结果饲料高压灭菌后维生素和微量元素含量变化量较大,使用辐照灭菌饲料以及将维生素含量调整后大鼠脱毛改善情况最明显。结论饲料经过高压灭菌后营养中的维生素含量损失可能是造成SPF大鼠脱毛的重要原因,在日常饲养中使用辐照饲料更加科学。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the reason of epidermal hair removal in SPF experimental rats in our center and to provide more scientific advice on the culture management of experimental rats. Methods By observing the characteristics of hair removal of SPF rats in this unit, the sterilization effects and nutritional components of the rat feed used in growing and breeding groups were tested. The feed formulations were improved with the test results and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results After the autoclaving of feedstuff, the content of vitamins and trace elements changed a lot. The most obvious improvement was the use of irradiated food and the adjustment of vitamin content. Conclusion The loss of vitamins in diets after autoclaving may be an important reason for hair loss in SPF rats. It is more scientific to use irradiated feed in daily feeding.
