患者女,24岁;停经7个月阴道流血14小时,早孕反应明显,妊娠期无阴道流血,无发热感染史。无生产史。入院妇产科检查:宫底脐上4指,臀位,胎心146次,B超检查见:胎儿双顶径6.8cm,脊柱排列整齐,四肢清楚,胎心率150次,搏动规则,胎儿胸腹脏器未见异常,羊水最大深度6cm,胎盘位于子宫体后壁,见有少部分半月状实质性回声,周围被大部分增强雪片状强光点所包绕,两者界限清楚。
The patient was female, 24 years old; her menstrual bleeding was 14 hours after 7 months of menopause, her pregnancy reaction was obvious, she had no vaginal bleeding during her pregnancy, and she had no history of fever. The maximum depth of amniotic fluid was 6 cm. The placenta was located on the posterior wall of the uterus. A small part of the half moon-shaped substantive echo was seen, surrounded by most of the strong snow-strewn light spots, and the boundary between the two was clear.
