我院于1989年1月～1993年3月收治80例小儿唇裂手术病人,男52例,女28例。单唇裂65例,双唇裂15例。术前30分钟均给予阿托品0.02mg/kg肌注,苯巴比妥钠2mg/kg肌注。
In our hospital from January 1989 to March 1993 80 cases of children with cleft lip surgery patients, 52 males and 28 females. 65 cases of single cleft lip, cleft lip in 15 cases. Atropine 0.02 mg / kg intramuscular injection was given 30 minutes before operation, and intramuscular injection of phenobarbital 2 mg / kg was given.
