[目的]探索烤烟品种、叶位、打顶与留叶数对烟叶组织结构的影响。[方法]通过采用不同农艺操作方法对石林烟区的3个烤烟品种进行组织结构测定,并探索品种、叶位、打顶及留叶数对烟草叶片组织结构的综合影响。[结果]单因素作用下对烟叶组织结构的影响强弱状况为:品种>叶位>打顶>留叶,不同的留叶处理对烟叶的组织结构没有显著影响。对2个因素交互效应的分析表明,各组双因素交互作用均对烟叶的叶厚、栅栏厚和海绵厚有显著影响,与打顶相关的三组双因素组合对叶片海绵组织厚度产生影响最为明显。对3个因素交互效应的分析表明,不同指标受多因素共同作用影响的强弱状况为叶厚>海绵>栅栏>上表皮>下表皮。[结论]该研究可为优化烤烟栽培技术提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of tobacco varieties, leaf position, topping and leaf number on the tissue structure of tobacco. [Method] The structure of three flue - cured tobacco varieties in Shilin tobacco growing area was determined by using different agronomic practices and the effects of variety, leaf position, topping and leaf number on the composite structure of tobacco leaves were explored. [Result] Under single factor, the influence on the structure of tobacco was as follows: variety> leaf position> topping> leaf leave. Different leaf leave treatments had no significant effect on the structure of tobacco leaf. The analysis of the interaction effects of two factors showed that the two-factor interaction of each group had a significant effect on leaf thickness, fence thickness and sponge thickness of tobacco leaves. The three groups of two-factor combinations related to topping had the most influence on the thickness of leaf sponge obvious. The analysis of the interaction effects of three factors showed that the strength and weakness of different indexes affected by the combination of multiple factors were leaf thickness> sponge> fence> upper epidermis> lower epidermis. [Conclusion] This study may provide a reference for optimizing cultivation techniques of flue-cured tobacco.
