上理工附中的“活力课堂”建设始于三年之前,发展规划的编制涉及到一个核心领域——课堂教学改革的设计。为此,我们从学科专家、区教研员、学校三个层面开展了对学校课堂教学的大规模调研,形成的基本认识课堂活力不足,反映在学生层面上,主动学习的意识和能力、问题意识、探究意识,调研指标都明显偏弱,而希望课堂更生动、更贴近生活实际进行教学需求很强烈。如何通过构建富有活力的课堂来提升学生的主动发展意识
