望子成龙,望女成凤,现代家长渴望孩子成材。但如何引导孩子走向成功,把孩子培养成人才,一直是困扰家长的棘手课题。21世纪最大的竞争是人才的竞争,优秀的人才来源于优秀的教育。作为家长,我深感责任之重大,常对孩子的学习、前途忧心忡忡。我的孩子今年12岁,聪明活泼,好玩好动,怎样引导他扬长避短,好好做人,好好做事,好好做学问,常常使我彻夜难眠。几周前黄晓民给每位班主任发了一本《妇女生活》(下半月刊·现代家长),刊首寄语《现代家长与您同行》深深打动了我。我迫不及待地打开细读,从头至尾,一字不落,一气读完。那一篇篇洋溢着真诚和智慧的文字.使我如久旱的田野逢甘露,迷途的鸟儿见归途,越读越有一种相见恨晚的感觉。我激动地把杂志介绍给同行,把自己的感受讲给他们听,他们争相传阅,深感受益匪浅。第二天的家长会上我热情洋溢,深情呼唤,动情地讲述我的所感、所思、所悟,我充满激情地朗读刊首寄语,耐心介绍一个个栏目:
