强化公安基层组织建设有利于掌握公安工作主动权 ,做到预警在先 ,有利于坚持公安工作中的群众路线 ,有利于公安基础工作的深入发展。目前公安基层组织建设弱化 ,必须积极争取党委政府的领导支持 ,抓好派出所的建设 ,教育民警学会做群众工作 ,提高公安基层组织的政治待遇和经济待遇 ,以切实强化公安基层组织建设。
Strengthening the construction of grass-roots public security organizations is conducive to mastering the initiative in public security work, giving early warning and prioritization, helping to adhere to the mass line in public security work, and facilitating the in-depth development of basic public security work. At present, grassroots organizations in public security are weakening. We must actively seek leadership support from party committees and governments, do a good job in the construction of police stations, educate the police academies to do mass work, and raise the political and economic benefits of grassroots organizations at public security so as to effectively strengthen the building of public security grassroots organizations.
