香菇最能预防龋齿。首先,“蘑菇皇后”香菇所含的香菇多糖体,能够抑制口腔内致病菌的生长,阻止牙菌斑的形成,防止龋齿。其次,香菇还含有一般蔬菜所缺乏的维生素D源(麦角甾醇),麦角甾醇经日光照射,可转变成维生素D,可增强人体免疫能力,并能帮助儿童骨骼和牙齿成长。
