目的研究合肥市职业卫生信息监测现况;探讨提高职业卫生信息监测质量,减少职业病及相关疾病漏报的方法。方法按照《健康危害因素监测工作规范(试行)》和《职业病危害因素监测方案》要求,采取组织培训、以行政文件规范职业卫生信息监测等方式,采用市、县区疾病控制中心和各级医疗机构多层次的综合考核管理措施,收集相关资料进行分析,协同控制职业卫生信息监测质量。结果提高了职业病和农药中毒的报告率和报告质量。结论多层次的综合考核管理措施可以有效提高职业卫生信息监测报告质量,有利于职业卫生信息监测管理。
Objective To study the current status of occupational health information monitoring in Hefei and to explore ways to improve the quality of occupational health information monitoring and to reduce the omission of occupational diseases and related diseases. Methods According to the requirements of the Code of Practice for Monitoring Health Hazards (Trial) and the Monitoring Plan for Occupational Hazards, organizations should take organizational training and use administrative documents to regulate the monitoring of occupational health information. The municipal and county CDC and all levels of medical care Institutional multi-level comprehensive assessment management measures, collect relevant data for analysis, collaborative control of occupational health information monitoring quality. The results raise the reporting rates and reporting quality of occupational diseases and pesticide poisoning. Conclusion The multi-level comprehensive assessment management measures can effectively improve the quality of occupational health information monitoring reports, which is conducive to occupational health information monitoring and management.
